Our Story
SunClean was founded by John Erikson with a simple belief: hard work, reliability, and relationships still matter. Starting with a small pressure washing setup and a willingness to do the jobs others overlooked, the company grew through persistence, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to solving problems for customers.
What began as a local service business evolved into a trusted partner for construction final cleaning, specialty maintenance, and exterior services across California.
Today, SunClean combines the grit and responsiveness of its entrepreneurial roots with the systems, leadership, and professionalism of a much larger organization, while staying true to the values that built it: discipline, accountability, continuous improvement, and taking care of both customers and employees.
